At Exquisite Bouldering Club, we want your climbing gear to bring nothing but joy. But we get it – life happens. Here's our straightforward guide to returns and exchanges:
You've got a 14-day window to kick off a return from the day your package arrives.
To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The return/exchange shipping label cost will be deducted from your original payment method before we process your refund.
